A purpose-built home designed to give back, this Adam Newton Homes project balances cost-effective design with thoughtful material choices to maximise funds raised for a local charity.
Embossed-in-Register (EIR) is an advanced embossing technique used on flooring products such as vinyl plank. It aligns the textured surface precisely with the printed visual layer, creating a highly realistic look and feel that closely mimics the natural timber grain.
Unlike general textured embossing, where the texture simply complements the design, EIR technology synchronises the embossing with the grain pattern or visual detail. This alignment enhances depth and replicates the natural imperfections found in timber.
Resulting in flooring that not only looks more authentic, but also feels more realistic.
