Eligibility
This promotion is open to all customers of participating speciality flooring stores. Entrants must be residents of New Zealand and aged 18 years or older.
Entry
Entries can be made by customers or participating stores on behalf of their customer. Each entry must include a preferred store (and contact name from that store) therefore, for an entry to be valid the store name entered must be participating in this promotion. This named store will be the point of contact for organising the order details for the winning participant. All entries must be made on Woodland Lifestyles website at woodlandlifestyle.co.nz/free-flooring-giveaway. By entering, participants agree to all terms and conditions outlined. Entries must be completed in full; incomplete entries will be disqualified. Store owners and employees of specialty flooring stores were excluded from participating.
Prize Details
included in this flooring package, one lucky winner will receive:
- Flooring materials including; floor covering, trims, and underlay from Woodland Lifestyle up to the total retail value of NZD $5,000 inclusive of freight costs. The flooring product can be selected from any available Woodland Lifestyle range, provided it does not exceed this value.
- A contribution up to $3000 towards installation costs.
If flooring materials exceeds $5000, or the installation cost exceeds $3000, the winner may pay any additional costs to complete the project but Woodland Lifestyle will not contribute more than the outlined amounts above.
Prize Redemption
Flooring must be selected, and installation completed within three months since notification of winning the giveaway. The installation location must be within New Zealand.
If the winning participant has purchased Woodland Lifestyle flooring during the promotion period February 1st - March 31st 2025 then they will be reimbursed up to the valued amount outlined above in the prize value.
Winner Selection
A winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries received by the end date of the promotion period. There will only be one winner selected from all entries. Woodland Lifestyle will notify either the winning participant or store who nominated them via contact details provided. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, Woodland Lifestyle reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Consent to Photography and Marketing
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:
- Allow Woodland Lifestyle to arrange a professional photoshoot of the installed flooring.
- Woodland Lifestyle will have full ownership and usage rights to all images taken, which may be used in case studies, social media, advertising, website content, and other marketing materials at Woodland Lifestyle’s discretion.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used only for the purposes of administering the promotion and will be handled according to Woodland Lifestyle’s privacy policy. Entrants consent to Woodland Lifestyle storing and using their contact details for future communication, including newsletters, promotions, and updates.
General Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Woodland Lifestyle reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants and the prize winner.
If, for any reason, the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, Woodland Lifestyle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion.
This promotion runs from February 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025. The winner will be announced by Woodland Lifestyle at the end of the promotion period.
